Office Staff
At its founding, KLC's staff included international advisers
seconded by OSCE, and national staff, working side-by-side. Following
its recent restructuring, KLC is now composed entirely of local
staff. KLC's professional staff includes a Director, Program Coordinator,
and three Program Officers. The current size of the staff is approximately
15 employees, including lawyers and economists, administrative and
support staff, interns, a driver and security guards.
KLC's Board of Directors
The KLC is overseen by a Board of Directors, who meet quarterly.
The current members of KLC's Board are:

KLC's Budget
Initial startup costs were provided by the OSCE in 2000. Through
the end of 2004, OSCE will continue to provide the majority of KLC's
funding. In anticipation of the cutoff of funds from OSCE, KLC has
undertaken a number of initiatives with both local and international
partner organizations and agencies. KLC's list of past and present
