Continuous Legal Education

Continuous Legal Education (CLE) a project targeted at Kosovo's legal professionals: persons with a law degree, persons working in the field of law, and others interested in knowing more about the law.

CLE was developed to provide training for such individuals on selected legal issues. The subject matter of lectures is defined and controlled by the level of interest expressed by the legal professionals themselves. Sessions place an emphasis on the applicable domestic law with international standards explained and applied where relevant. Lectures take a problem-solving, practical based approach. Sessions are conducted by KLC in-house lawyers or external experts. Priority is given to lecturers who have extensive experience in the domestic or international law in question.
